Shri
Sant Damaji Mahavidyalaya has a active placement cell, which aims to
provide an effective and mutually beneficial platform for job seekers
and job providers. Organized and run on a professional basis, the
placement cell may be considered comparable to corporate sector,
banks, government agencies and NGO’s placement cells in terms of
the extent and nature of linkages, as well as training of prospective
professionals. The placement cell comprises staff representatives
from different departments, student representatives from the final
years of graduation, voluntary ex-student representatives and
supporting administrative staff.

Training on various skills such as resume writing, interviews skills, group discussions, confidence-building and corporate etiquette, among others
Guidance in career choices
Experience in human resource management and leadership, to student coordinators

We are planning to Organize a Placement camp with Wipro BPO,TCS, ICICI
All the students are expected to register their names with the Placement Cell
Offers to the students are made only through the Placement Cell.
The Placement Office forwards the bio-data of interested students to the organization.
Organizations submit the list of selected candidates to the Placement Coordinator, along with the terms and conditions accepted during the interview.
The College takes the responsibility of providing the required facilities for pre-placement talks, group discussions, and interviews on the college premises.
